I am the finance manager of a large charity where we have an acute shortness of staff in our finance department. Tresia has been my virtual assistant for well over 3 years now and she is fantastic.  Tresia approaches her work with absolute astuteness and thoroughness. With this organisation and improvement, along with the creation of new systems, we were able to reduce the time taken by our external auditors in their field audit from nearly 10 months in 2019-20, to under 2 months in 2020-21, and finally in 2021-22 our field audit took only 4 days. This allowed us more time to concentrate on our core work and led to cost savings, not only in audit fees, which reduced by over 50%, but also in operational activities.  All of this was due to Tresia’s professional and clever support.

 

We could not have been where we are today without Tresia, and we will continue to utilise her services.
